These terms and conditions govern your use of our platform, including but not limited to the purchase, sale, and staking of STORME Tokens, and any other services provided by STORME. By engaging with our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

• "STORME": Refers to the STORME Token and any associated services and products.
• "Platform": Refers to the STORME website, app, and any other digital interfaces provided by STORME.
• "User" "Holder": Any individual or entity that interacts with the STORME platform.
• "Tokens": Digital Tokens issued by STORME, also known as STORME Tokens.

By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. STORME reserves the right to refuse access to the platform to anyone for any reason at any time.

Purchasing STORME Tokens involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Market Volatility: The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate widely and may result in significant losses.
• Regulatory Risks: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may affect the legality and value of your investment.
• Technological Risks: Blockchain technology is relatively new and evolving. There may be unforeseen bugs, attacks, or failures.
• Liquidity Risks: The ability to buy or sell STORME Tokens in a timely manner at a desired price may be limited.

• Pre-Sale and Public Sale: Tokens will be offered in a structured sale process as described in our whitepaper. Prices will increase incrementally per batch during the pre-sale.
• Payment Methods: Tokens can be purchased using various payment methods as specified on our platform.
• Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tokens.

• Staking: Users can stake their STORME Tokens to earn rewards. The terms and conditions of staking, including duration and reward percentages, are outlined on our platform.
• Reward Distribution: Rewards will be distributed monthly based on the profits generated by the STORME Business Plaza and Self-Storage facilities. Distributions will occur between the 15th and 20th of each month.
• Early Staker Rewards: Early stakers may receive additional rewards from the Community Rewards Wallet.

STORME Tokens grant holders the right to participate in governance decisions, including voting on key project proposals.

• Payments: STORME Tokens can be used to pay for services and products within the STORME ecosystem, including rentals and tenant services at the STORME Business Plazas.
• Utility: Tokens serve various functions, such as payments, staking, rewards, and governance, as outlined in our whitepaper.

All content, trademarks, and data on the STORME platform are the intellectual property of STORME Token and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

STORME is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your investment in STORME Tokens. This includes, but is not limited to, losses related to market volatility, regulatory changes, technological failures, and security breaches.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STORME, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

STORME reserves the right to amend anything within the platform, ecosystem along with these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

STORME may terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, all provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which STORME operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

STORME Business Plaza tenants operate as independent entities. STORME is not responsible or liable for any actions, products, services, or conduct of tenants. This includes but is not limited to:

• Products and Services: Tenants are solely responsible for the goods and services they provide. STORME does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any tenant offerings.
• Business Operations: Tenants manage their own business operations and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Loss, Injury, or Damage: STORME is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from tenant activities or interactions between tenants and their customers.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between tenants and their customers must be resolved directly between the parties involved. STORME will not mediate or become involved in such disputes.
